The lack of awareness digital services and outcomes is a concern in business environments since small firms need to improve their competencies. present exploratory study investigated whether apps training was associated with entrepreneurs’ firms’ advancements. offered migrant entrepreneurs running Athens (Greece) over three months, data collected before after the training. analysis revealed that positively attitudes toward technology, willingness change (relating technology/skills/operations), internet/digital skills, as well an increased use apps.
